By selecting "I Agree" and accessing the GearedupFitness.com Fitness Tracker App (including Free Trials and all Subscription Levels), you acknowledge: all implied weights shown are only examples, not recommendations for any individual. You must always train to your limits and adjust all app settings for your own personal use. GearedupFitness.com does not accept liability should you follow any example weight, rep, or set shown — these must be adjusted by the user to their own fitness level.
1. Health, Medical & Nutritional Disclaimer
Content provided within the Meal Planner, Exercises, and Fitness Analytics features is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine or nutritional regimen.
2. Paid Subscriptions, Free Trials & Store Terms
Free trial access automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration. Payment processing, renewals, and refunds purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by that store's own terms.
3. Community Standards & User Conduct
You agree not to post offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or harassing content within community spaces. GearedupFitness.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice or refund.
4. Data Accuracy & Analytics
Metrics displayed in Schedule Planners and Fitness Analytics rely on algorithmic estimations and user input. We make no guarantee regarding the absolute precision of calorie tracking, energy expenditure, or performance projections.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GearedupFitness.com, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or physical damages resulting from use of the app or reliance on its contents.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which GearedupFitness.com is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that Australian jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. International Use
The app is accessible worldwide, but GearedupFitness.com makes no representation that content complies with statutory health standards outside Australia. International users are responsible for complying with local regulations.
