At GearedupFitness.com, we aim to deliver your fitness gear efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to dispatch.
Standard Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after processing.
Delays: While we strive to meet standard transit times, delivery may occasionally be delayed by unforeseen circumstances outside our control (such as customs holds or severe weather). We will keep you updated on any shipping delays to the best of our ability.

Standard Coverage: We offer Free Standard Shipping on most items to our primary delivery zones. Free shipping covers standard transit options (7–14 business days).
Excluded Zones & Expedited Shipping: Free shipping does not apply to all worldwide locations. Any shipping costs for excluded zones, as well as optional expedited shipping upgrades, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Unsupported Addresses: If your address is outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us at sales@gearedupfitness.com to explore alternative delivery arrangements.

Remote Area Surcharges: Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional carrier "remote area fees."
Import Duties & Government Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local state/country regulation fees imposed by your destination country upon arrival.
Customer Responsibility: These extra charges (if applicable) are determined by local authorities and carrier tariffs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
